The F-22 Raptor team achieved another significant milestone by completing the aircraft's first service-life fatigue testing to demonstrate its durability during its planned 20-year service life - equal to around 8,000 flying hours.
25 October 2002
An activation ceremony 25 October 2002 brought the 43rd Fighter Squadron to Tyndall, marking another step toward the beddown of the F/A-22 Raptor in 2003.
