According to one report, anticipating large volume production of chemical weapon agents, the Sudanese authorities and Iraqi experts have began the construction of well protected underground storage sites in an area near the Horse Race Course Club (in Khartoum South), in Green Village (New Development area near Khartoum), and an area west of the Hrriyya bridge (Khartoum).
