Russian Defence Minister Andrei Belousov arrives in Bishkek to participate in meetings of CSTO statutory bodies

During his visit, it is planned to discuss the military-political situation in the Organisation's member countries, adopt a number of joint documents aimed at strengthening the CSTO's military potential, improving mechanisms for responding to modern challenges and security threats.
At the end of the work, the results of the Organisation's activities during the intersessional period will be summarised and activities for the next year will be planned.
The meetings will be attended by delegations of the CSTO member states from Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Tajikistan, as well as heads of the Organisation's working bodies.
