V-O-A's Robert Daguillard has this report. TEXT: President Roh says he is determined to work with the United States to convince North Korea to disarm and to abandon its nuclear weapons program peacefully. He expressed his views on the North Korean nuclear situation in a speech in Washington on Tuesday, one day before he is to meet with President Bush at the White House. Mr. Roh said his government will not condone Pyongyang's program to develop nuclear weapons and that he and the United States share a common understanding that the differences with North Korea have to be resolved through diplomacy.
