| April 1, 2003 Release Number: 03-04-03 FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE V CORPS SOLDIERS UNINJURED IN AIRCRAFT HARD LANDING
CAMP VIRGINIA KUWAIT -- An AH-64D Apache helicopter from the 3rd Infantry Division made a hard landing during normal operations in Iraq yesterday at approximately 12:30 p.m. Two aircrew aboard the aircraft were uninjured. Hostile fire was not a factor in the incident. The cause of the accident is being investigated. |
