THIRTEEN SOLDIERS OF 101ST AIRBORNE DIVISION (AIR ASSAULT) INJURED
MACDILL AFB, FL - An unknown assailant or assailants attacked elements of the 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault) at Camp Pennsylvania, Kuwait at approximately 1:30 a.m. local (March 23), injuring 13 soldiers. The wounded soldiers were medically evacuated to a Combat Service Hospital for treatment of their injuries.
The area has been secured and an investigation is underway to determine the circumstances of the attack.
