| May 18, 2003 Release Number: 03-05-63 FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE SOLDIER DIES AS A RESULT OF GUNSHOT WOUND CAMP DOHA, Kuwait - A U.S. soldier from the Fourth Infantry Division died at approximately 10:00 a.m. today in Iraq as a result of a non-hostile gunshot would. The soldier was medically evacuated by air to an army medical treatment facility/ An investigation is currently being conducted. The name of the soldier is being withheld pending next-of-kin notification. |
