Jalali: Fuel to be injected to Bushehr power plant next month
IRNA - Islamic Republic News Agency
Tehran, Oct 12, IRNA -- Spokesman for Parliament's National Security and Foreign Policy Commission Kazem Jalali said on Tuesday that fuel is to be injected to the heart of Bushehr power plant next month.
He dismissed the western media reports that Iranian enemies managed to delay commissioning of Bushehr power plant by damaging computers by Stuxnet virus.
He said that the nuclear technology has become indigenous in Iran and that Iranian parliament has passed a bill to set up 20 nuclear power plants with capacity of 1,000 megawatts each.
Jalali said that Iran would consider proposals for cooperation with other countries to produce 20,000 megawatts electricity in line with 20-Year Vision Plan for Economic, Social and Cultural Development.
