Pyongyang, October 20 (KCNA) -- Kim Yong Nam, president of the Presidium of the DPRK Supreme People's Assembly, met and had a conversation with Bill Richardson, governor of New Mexico State of the United States, and his party at the Mansudae Assembly Hall Thursday. On hand were Vice-Minister of Foreign Affairs Kim Kye Gwan and others.
