 | Reliable | In February and March 2003, Paracha posed as Majid Khan, an al-Qaeda operative, in telephone calls to U.S. immigration authorities, to make it appear Khan was in the United States and not Pakistan. Khan was plotting to blow up gas stations in the United States. Paracha's father, Saifullah Paracha, and al-Qaeda operative Ali Abdulaziz Ali were implicated in the plot.2 |
