	Reliable	Former head of the National Students Union and head of the Fedayeen Saddam. Umar is allegedly providing support for the Iraqi insurgency. The Central Criminal Court of Iraq issued an arrest warrant for Umar Sabawi on March 17, 2005, and an Interpol Notice was issued on Dec. 28, 2005. A reward of up to $50,000 is offered for information leading to his capture. ¹
