	Reliable	Former Director of the Mukhabarat, the Iraqi intelligence service, and active in the insurgency. The Central Criminal Court of Iraq issued an arrest warrant for Habbush on May 4, 2005. A reward of up to $1 million is offered for information leading to his capture. ¹
