Narrative and Notes

	Reliable	Held numerous positions during Saddam Hussein's regime. Well-connected. He is a member of the New Baath Party and reportedly moves funds across the Iraqi border. The Central Criminal Court of Iraq issued an arrest warrant for Abd al-Latif on April 27, 2005. A reward of up to $1 million is offered for information leading to his capture.¹
