 | Reliable | Mullah Halgurd is reported to be the Emir of Ansar al-Sunna in Baghdad. He controls day-to-day operations. Halgurd was a prominent member of al-Qaida prior to the U.S. invasion of Iraq. The Central Criminal Court of Iraq issued an arrest warrant for Halgurd on Dec. 4, 2005. There is a reward for up to $50,000 for information leading to his capture. |
