 | Reliable | An expert in poisons and explosives, Midhat Mursi is perhaps al-Qaeda's top researcher and manufacturer of chemical and biological weapons. Until 2001, he ran the Abu Khabab section of the Darunta terrorist training camp in Afghanistan. He also wrote and distributed training manuals with recipies for basic chemical and biological weapons. The United States is offering a up to $5 million for information leading to his capture.1 |
