Narrative and Notes

	Reliable	Detained in Yemen at some point, then apparently escaped in Feburary 2006. He speaks Arabic and English. He speaks in a Yemeni accent. He has worked as a salesman and taxi driver. The U.S. government is offering a reward of up to $5 million for information leading to his capture. He is believed to have fled the United States.¹
