	Reliable	The U.S.-led coalition in Iraq is offering a reward of $10 million for information leading to his capture. The former Vice Chairman of Iraq's Revolutionary Command Council, al-Douri is the most senior member of Saddam Hussein's government in Iraq to evade capture in the years after the U.S. invasion. He became a leader in the part of the Iraqi insurgency that is loyal to Saddam Hussein. He is providing financing and money to the insurgency.¹

	Possible	His ties to Islamic extremist groups in Iraq is unclear.

	Invalidated	He was rumored to have been captured in 2004, but this was later denied.
