| Reliable | In late 1999 or early 2000, Khalid Shaikh Mohammed sent Dhiren Barot (Issa al Britani) to meet with Hambali. At the end of hte meeting, Issa provided Hambali with two addresses, one of the United States -- possibly California -- and one in South Africa. Hambali, in interrogations, claimed not to remember the two addresses.1,2 |
