ReliableAt the request of Wadih El Hage, Essam al-Ridi located and purchased a Sabre-40 business jet from a boneyard in Tucson and refurbished it, at a total cost of $210,000.

El Hage told al-Ridi that he wanted to ship Stinger antiaircraft missiles from Pakistan to Sudan.1
