	Reliable	Atiyah Abd al Rahman is al-Qaeda's representative in Iran. He works to forge ties with other Islamist organizations. He fought with bin Laden in Afghanistan in the 1980s; he is an explosives expert and Islamic scholar. The U.S. government is offering a reward of up to $1 million for information leading to his capture.¹
