	Reliable	He performed surveillance on various al-Qaeda targets in Nairobi around 1993-94. He was trained by Ali Mohammed in Pakistan. He has asylum in the United Kingdom and has lived there. Computer Engineer. Speaks Arabic and English. The U.S. State Department is offering a reward of up to $5 million for information leading to his capture.^1,2
