![]() | Reliable | According to a press release from the Saudi embassy to the United States: "At a checkpoint in Riyadh yesterday (March 15), security forces came under fire from Khalid Ali Ali-Haj and one other suspect, Ibrahim bin Abdulaziz bin Mohammed Al-Muzeini, after ordering them to stop their vehicle. Security forces immediately returned fire, killing both suspects. No civilians or security officers were injured during the exchange. Security forces searched the car and found six hand grenades, two Kalashnikov assault rifles, ten Kalashnikov ammunition magazines, three 9mm pistols and the equivalent of about $137,000 in cash."1 | |
