	Reliable	The U.S. government is offering a reward of up to $5 million for information leading to his arrest. He is an expert on chemical weapons and conventional explosives. He was an instructor in al-Qaeda's camps in Afghanistan. He was part of an unsuccessful attempt to hijack a Pakistani air passenger flight in December 2000.¹
