Mansur District Restaurant Bombing
The attack on the leadership target in the Mansur District on 7 April 2003 was one of the last in a series of attempts to decapitate the Iraqi Regime in the person of Saddam Hussein. Early press accounts of the location of the attack were imprecise. Various news organizations used Satellite imagery to try to illustrate the location of the attack.
