Latif Nusayyif al-Jasim al-Dulaymi
Latif Nusayyif al-Jasim al-Dulaymi held a variety of positions under Saddam Hussein's regime. He was not only a member of the Revolutionary Command Council, but also a Central Ba'ath Party member and Deputy Secretary of the Ba'ath Military Bureau.
He was declared to be under coalition custody on June 10, 2003.
