WZ-10 Attack Helicopter

Warning Notice! The jury is still out on whether there are any genuine photographs, or even authoritative artist concepts, of the WZ-10. The top two [apparent] photographs depict a generally consistent configuration, although there are obvious discrepancies in the nose configuration. Similar discrepancies are evident in the three images that do not purport to be photographs [the third image in this groups is pretending to be a photograph, but not convincingly]. The third image in this group also depicts a tail rotor that is at variance with other depictions. The "future concepts" artwork is derivative from the published "photographs" with stealth features added.

At least two "photographs" of the WZ-10 are obvious fabrications, derived from doctored photographs of the CSH-2 Rooivalk and the Ka-50-2 Erdogan.

One early published "photo" claiming to show one of the possible design of the WZ-10, featured a Z-9/AS 365-style fuselage layout and tail rotor, with a side-by-side, two-seat cockpit, a roof-mounted optical sight, and a nose-mounted FLIR.
