21st Fighter Division

The 21st Fighter Division was organized and established in November 1951.

It is believed to be currently headquarterd at Mudanjiang, with a regiment also located at Qiqihar. Two subordinate regiments, the 61st and 63rd are located at Mudanjiang while the 62nd is at Qiqihar.
