12th Fighter Division

The 12th Fighter Division was established in December 1950 at Xiaoshan, Zhejiang. The division was organized with the 34th and 36th regiments, though China-Military.org indicates that a 35th Regiment is also assigned to the 12th Division.

The 12th Fighter Division is reported to have elements at Jinan and Wendeng airbases, and flies the J-6 and J-7 aircraft.
