The two videos above are from F-16 aircraft and show December 2, 2001, airstrikes on buildings outside of Kandahar where Taliban troops had reportedly taken refuge. According to DoD, a US ground forward air controler, in coordination with opposition group forces, called the strike in. The facility was heavily damaged while sparing the civilian facilities around it

The two videos above are from Nov. 27, 2001, and taken from F-16 gun cameras, and show airstrikes on reported Taliban leadership locations near Kandahar, using multiple precision guided munitions dropped by a B-1 bomber. The first video shows a macro-view of a Taliban complex, with numerous hits taking place around the compound, both in the upper left and lower right corner of the screen. The second video is a zoomed-in view of one of the complexes that was bombed, and virtually destroyed

The two images above are aerials of a location called the Tarnak Farms, near Kandahar. According to the DoD, it is one of the major al Qaeda training camps funded by Osama bin Laden. Al Qaeda reportedly used to use this facility to train terrorist and small-unit combat operations
