Operation Industrial Sweep

The 1st Battalion, 66th Armor, and 4th Infantry Division launched Operation Industrial Sweep in Samarra searching for weapons and munitions. Troops cordoned and searched a large area of the city. The searches resulted in a large weapons cache that included hundreds of RPGs, numerous munitions and extensive IED making material.
