Army Logistics Support to Other Services (ALSOS)
Issue
The Army needed a more comprehensive look at the potential impacts
on its capabilities as a result of having to meet its current assigned,
implied and specified US Logistics Support to Other Services (ALSOS)
responsibilities.
Goal
Develop a data call process that captures the Army’s Logistics Support
to Other Services (ALSOS) responsibilities and associated requirements

Innovation
A CMC facilitated team helped to develop observations and recommended
improvements that focus on the entire spectrum of joint support implementation
issues and doctrinal policies and procedures.
