Reserve forces retention.  For February, Army National Guard retention was 106 percent of the cumulative goal of 13,478, and Air National Guard retention was 95 percent of its cumulative goal of 4,046. The Army Guard is at 336,183 of an approved and funded end strength of 350,000, while the Air Guard is at 105,321 of an authorized 106,800.
