Task Force Liberty Soldier killed by indirect fire
TIKRIT, Iraq - One Task Force Liberty Soldier was killed when a
Coalition Force base was attacked by indirect fire at about 8:00 p.m.
on April 15. The Soldier, who was evacuated to a Coalition medical
facility, died of wounds sustained in the attack.
The attack occurred near Tikrit in the Province of Salah AD Din. The
name of the Soldier is being withheld pending notification of next of
kin.
