Two Iraqis detained with TNT, blasting caps
TIKRIT, Iraq - Task Force Liberty Soldiers detained two Iraqi
civilians with a large amount of explosives during a raid near
Mansuriyah about 11:30 p.m. March 14.
The raid was conducted based on a tip.
The detainees were in possession of 70 sticks of TNT, three blocks
of C4 plastic explosive and 30 blasting caps.
