Body found near Ghalibiyah
Tikrit, Iraq - 204th Iraqi Army Soldiers found a body near Ghalibiyah at about 12:54 p.m. on January 20. The body was found with hands tied and throat cut. The remains were taken to the Khalis hospital for identification.
