| November 7, 2004 Release Number: 04-11-05C FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE CONVOY ATTACK KILLS ONE SOLDIER BALAD, Iraq - One U.S. soldier is dead and one wounded as the result of an attack on their convoy around 11 a.m. on Nov. 7 west of Baghdad. Secondary explosions at the scene were from the cargo the convoy was carrying. The names of the soldiers are being withheld pending notification of next of kin.
