| September 14, 2004 Release Number: 04-09-14C FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE SOLDIERS KILLED IN BAGHDAD BAGHDAD, Iraq - Two Task Force Baghdad Soldiers were killed and three others were wounded when the Soldiers were attacked with an improvised explosive device and small-arms fire at approximately 4:30 p.m. The wounded Soldiers were evacuated to a medical facility. The names of the Soldiers killed are being withheld pending notification of next of kin. The incident is under investigation. -30- |
