| August 7, 2004 Release Number: 04-08-09C FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE MNF-Iraq: One Soldier Killed in Western Baghdad BAGHDAD - A Task Force Baghdad Soldier was killed at approximately 3:45 p.m. today when his unit came under attack from anti-Iraqi forces in a western portion of the city. The name of the Soldier is being withheld pending the notification of next of kin. An insurgent rocket-propelled grenade attack killed the trooper during a mounted patrol.
