| June 30, 2004 Release Number: 04-06-28C FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Task Force 1st Armored Division soldier dies, four others injured in vehicle accident BAGHDAD, Iraq - A Task Force 1st Armored Division Soldier was killed and four other Soldiers were injured in a single-vehicle accident in the early evening of June 30. The injured Soldiers were evacuated to a military medical facility and are under observation at this time. The accident was non-combat related. The accident occurred just north of the Iraq-Kuwait border. The incident is under investigation. The Soldiers names are being withheld pending notification of next of kin.
