| August 24, 2003 Release Number: 03-08-50 FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE SOLDIER DIES FROM NON-HOSTILE GUNSHOT WOUND BAGHDAD, Iraq - A 3rd Armored Cavalry Regiment soldier died on August 23 from a non-hostile gunshot wound. The soldier was evacuated to the 28th Combat Support Hospital, where he later died. The soldier's name is being withheld pending notification of next of kin.
