282nd Base Support Battalion
The 282nd Base Support Battalion mission is to plan, coordinate and execute all base operation functions and community quality of life programs. Provide management and logistical support to training units utilizing the Hohenfels Training Area. Exercise command and control for community/area Conventional Force Europe (CFE) inspections and force protection. Facilitate deployment operations for tenant units and prepare to deploy selected personnel. Assist staging operations for units and individuals as they transition through the 282nd BSB AOR.
