1st Battalion, 210th Aviation Regiment
The 1st Battalion, 210th Aviation Regiment supports the entire post. The soldiers in Headquarters and A Companies comprise and support the installation staff.
Company A, Military Police Activity, provides law, order, and security to the installation.
Company B, 46th Engineer Battalion (Combat Heavy) is a deployable FORSCOM unit that provides troop construction to Fort Rucker and the surrounding communities.
F Company, 58th Aviation Regiment is also a deployable FORSCOM unit that performs multi-level maintenance on tactical navigation aids worldwide.
The U.S. Army Aviation Center Silver Wings Band provides music for ceremonies, recreational activities, and concert on post and throughout the region.
The 1st Battalion, 210th Aviation Regiment was constituted 6 January 1996 in the Regular Army as Headquarters, 1st Battalion, 210th Aviation; concurrently transferred to the United States Army Training and Doctrine Command and organized at Fort Rucker, Alabama.
